They move with the format. A cartridge fill and a gummy run have different break-even points, and a custom formula carries development that a house formula does not. Tell us the format and the volume you had in mind and we will give you the actual number rather than a range.

For white label products built on our house formulations, turnaround can be as fast as 2–4 weeks after approvals. Custom formulations, new packaging and testing turnaround can extend that; we map the full timeline with you during scoping.

Yes. Tolling on client material is routine for extraction and co-packing. What it has to clear first is provenance and compliance: the material has to be traceable and to meet California standards. Bring us a COA and a manifest and we can usually tell you in a day whether it will run.

Yes, and it is often the most useful thing we do. Two kinds of brief arrive: a blank sheet with an effect in mind, and a formula that works on paper but fails in practice by separating, clogging or tasting flat after a month. Both start the same way, with what the product has to do rather than what goes in it.

Yes, and mostly before it is needed rather than after. Label copy checked against what the state currently allows, packaging certified for the format it holds, batch records kept as the run happens, and third-party testing booked into the schedule instead of chased at the end.

We run in-house quality checks during production. Required compliance testing is performed by state-licensed third-party laboratories, and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every batch we release.

Written SOPs for every line, the same crew running them, and the same specs checked at every run, from a test batch to a standing monthly order. Third-party testing confirms each batch against its COA before release, so the thousandth unit matches the first.
