These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cann Labs website at www.cannlabsca.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site contains information about cannabis products and is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older and for licensed cannabis businesses. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 21.

Business-to-business only

Cann Labs is a licensed cannabis manufacturer in California. We provide manufacturing and related services to licensed cannabis businesses. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell cannabis or cannabis products to consumers, and no products may be purchased through the Site. All transactions are subject to applicable California law and separate written agreements.

Informational purposes

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Descriptions of services, capabilities, timelines and product formats are not guarantees and may change without notice. Quotes, specifications and commitments are binding only when set out in a signed agreement.

Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to Cann Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information through our forms, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Submissions

Information you submit through the Site is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential formulation or trade-secret information through web forms; we will arrange an NDA before any confidential discussion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law; nothing on the Site is intended to facilitate activity outside California’s regulated market.
